About the Role

Xtreme Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations into unlawful acts of employees or patrons, and take necessary actions to prevent future incidents.
  • Recommend Security Systems: Provide expert recommendations on security systems and protocols to ensure the highest level of security for our premises.
  • Verify Age Identification: Check the age identification of patrons to ensure compliance with age restrictions.
  • Conduct Missing Person Investigations: Conduct investigations to locate missing persons and ensure their safe return.
  • Enforce Regulations: Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts, and monitor establishment activities to prevent any potential issues.
  • Prevent Shoplifting and Theft: Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments, and take necessary actions to prevent future incidents.
Requirements
  • Security Guard License: Possess a valid Security Guard License.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
  • Work Term: Work a permanent term with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: Fluency in English is required.
