We are currently looking for an Automotive Sales Specialist within our Lendcare division. In this role, you will be tasked with nurturing and developing relationships with both existing and prospective clients, integrating them into the LendCare Automotive program. This position is well-suited for a professional who excels in customer service and enjoys building relationships in a dynamic, collaborative setting. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster and strengthen relationships with current Automotive partners to promote business growth. Position yourself as a knowledgeable expert on our Automotive financing solutions to effectively communicate their benefits. Maintain proactive communication to assist partners with loan documentation processes. Implement outreach strategies to enhance partner engagement. Ensure timely and thoughtful responses to all inquiries, both internally and externally. Actively gather and communicate partner feedback to the Automotive Manager for ongoing program enhancement. Effectively prioritize and manage tasks, establishing clear objectives to meet team goals. Provide support for GPS tracking systems as necessary. Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support team objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven excellence in both verbal and written communication. Strong attention to detail. A steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Proficient in utilizing computer systems and applications. Experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset. Availability for full-time work.
