Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Rodeway Inn King William. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of service
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work on site and be available to work a variety of shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Working Conditions

This role requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
