Hotel Managing Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Rodeway Inn King William. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs and co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, team player.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 32 hours per week. The work language is English.
