Hotel Managing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Rodeway Inn King William. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 32 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
