Warehouse Operations Coordinator

The Warehouse Clerk is a key member of the Orora Group team, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. This role involves coordinating inventory control, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting warehouse processes to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory checks and updates to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and update warehouse records to ensure that all processes are documented accurately. Assist in preparing and verifying inventory reports, shipping documents, and other related paperwork.
- Warehouse Operations: Use warehouse management systems (SAP) to enter data, process orders, and manage stock. Follow guidelines for system updates and troubleshooting as directed.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure the accuracy and condition of inventory.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Education: High School Diploma, or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: SAP Preferred, ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization, proficient in computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel), ability to work independently and as a team player, ability to operate various office machines, basic mechanical knowledge, SQF training.
