Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Manager, Nova Program Delivery, the Senior Project Manager – Nova Program is responsible for leading and coordinating the overall performance, scope, and deliverables of a Nova project stream or multiple streams comprised of direct and indirect project staff, including project managers, team leads, and subject matter experts. The Senior Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the overall performance, scope, and deliverables of a Nova project stream or multiple streams.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including project managers, team leads, and subject matter experts.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are met, including project reports, status updates, and other documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a Nova program delivery environment.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to lead and manage project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex project data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
