About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Central PMO team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving priority projects that support our Global Courier Operations, Network, and Analytics teams.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing critical projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and seamless execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and develop detailed project plans.

You will use and continuously refine our strategic playbook to guide all phases of the project management and delivery process, ensuring consistent success across projects. You will partner with stakeholders to set clear expectations, manage risks, and ensure timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage critical projects from initiation through to delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes
  • Develop detailed project plans and use our strategic playbook to guide project management and delivery
  • Partner with stakeholders to set clear expectations and manage risks
  • Support ongoing planning processes by identifying opportunities and developing business cases

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager who has a proven track record of delivering multiple impactful projects simultaneously. You will have a strong project management toolkit and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

You will have the ability to structure and solve complex problems, and you will be a strong communicator who can effectively convey plans and impact to key stakeholders. You will also have analytical abilities to independently develop business cases and monitor project outcomes.
