Seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive priority projects supporting Global Courier Operations, Network, and Analytics teams, utilizing a comprehensive strategic playbook to guide project delivery.

At Just Eat, we're a global leader in online food delivery, connecting 90 million customers with nearly 700,000 partners in 20 countries. Our Central PMO team plays a crucial role in driving growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage critical projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and develop detailed project plans.
  • Use and continuously refine our strategic playbook to guide all phases of the project management and delivery process, ensuring consistent success across projects.
  • Partner with stakeholders to set clear expectations, manage risks, and ensure timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support ongoing planning processes by identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and contributing to operational and technical roadmaps.
  • Oversee the rollout of new technology capabilities, ensuring operational teams and key partners are fully prepared and aligned on implementation strategies.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication to senior executives, keeping them informed and aligned on project progress and goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to define and deliver multiple impactful projects simultaneously, with a strong project management toolkit.
  • Ability to structure and solve complex problems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, driving collaboration across teams and departments while relentlessly focusing on delivering tangible impact.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey plans and impact to key stakeholders.
  • Analytical abilities to independently develop business cases and monitor project outcomes.
  • Strong team player, quickly gaining trust, respect, and confidence.
  • Independent thinker, proactive problem solver, capable of seeing the big picture.
  • Adaptability in ambiguous environments, with the ability to guide others through change.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project/Program/Portfolio or Delivery Management experience (Consideration for equivalent business leadership or consulting experience).
  • Experience leading large cross-functional projects involving senior stakeholders.
