Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Boston Pizza Ironwood. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, and prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment for beverages, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with these regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
