Job Opportunity

Baan Lao is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality cocktails and beverages to our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails and classic drinks.
  • Create unique and innovative drink recipes that meet customer preferences and showcase your mixology skills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
  • Support the service team and floor manager while on shift, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Be knowledgeable about every menu item and able to convey a meaningful description for all guest inquiries.
  • Be comfortable and confident making food and drink recommendations to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
  • Accurately record and relay all food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with chefs and bartenders, providing clarification when needed, to ensure a smooth service operation.
  • Properly manage the flow of each meal for an optimum guest experience, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
