About the Role

Mackenzie Investments, a leading asset-management partner for thousands of Canadian financial advisors, is seeking a skilled District Vice President to join its Retail Distribution team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and supporting existing ones in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular office sales calls to ensure continued support for Mackenzie products.
  • Identify new business opportunities, establish relationships, and respond to the specific needs of new and existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver sales and training presentations on Mackenzie products, market position, and economic outlook.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers and District Sales Associates to improve sales potential.
  • Manage territory expenses effectively to ensure budget targets are met.
  • Exercise sound judgment in responding to questions and making decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams to meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and market trends.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business and/or marketing.
  • Enrolment or completion of financial industry-related accreditation, such as CFA, CIM, CFP, is an asset.
