The successful candidate will be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and possess two to five years of litigation experience, as well as experience attending court, ideally with a focus on Creditors' Rights law and enforcement of Judgments.

It will be advantageous if the candidate also has experience in mortgage enforcement matters. Additionally, French speaking skills will be considered an asset. New calls with good litigation experience are also encouraged to submit an application for consideration.

The selected applicant will be well-organized, have superior oral and verbal communication skills, and be a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario.

Requirements:

  • Creditors' Rights Law and enforcement of Judgments: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Litigation: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Current licensed attorney in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
