About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our team in our Ontario office. As an Associate, you will be cross-trained in various practice areas, including estate planning, probate, trust administration, and estate litigation. You will work closely with our senior attorneys to gain exposure to these areas and develop your skills as a litigator.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analysis of complex legal issues
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Responding to discovery requests and conducting depositions
  • Communicating with clients and other stakeholders
  • Estate planning, probate, and trust administration

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience as a civil litigator or in a related field
  • Licensed to practice law in California
  • Courtroom experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
