Production Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at OGP Enterprises Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit production reports to ensure accurate tracking of work progress.
- Team Supervision: Oversee and guide a team of workers to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and arrange for additional training opportunities to enhance team skills.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Problem-Solving and Quality Control: Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Work Schedule: Work 35 hours per week in a permanent position.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
