Production Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at OGP Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with team members to achieve production goals.
Key Responsibilities- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company objectives.
- Team Management: Supervise and train production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve production-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment with a team of experienced professionals. The work schedule will be 35 hours per week, and the language of work will be English.
