About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Printing Supervisor to join our team at OGP Enterprises Inc. as a key member of our production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of production team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members, as well as arrange for external training and development opportunities.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule production activities, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a production or supervisory role is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
