Job Overview:

The Collections Representative plays a vital role in managing overdue accounts and ensuring financial accuracy. This position requires a proactive approach to account reconciliation, customer inquiries, and credit assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and collect overdue accounts efficiently.
  • Reconcile accounts, issue credit notes, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
  • Approve shipments based on payment history and credit evaluations.
  • Monitor customer accounts in relation to their assigned credit limits.
  • Analyze basic credit reports to determine customer creditworthiness.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Collections and Accounts Receivable.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Dynamic personality with high energy and flexibility.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in accounts receivable or credit management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ACCPAC is preferred.
