Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and vision for our IT strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT plan, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and risk management.
- Oversee the management of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvement and technology innovation.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Recruit and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in IT, with a strong background in technology strategy and project management.
- Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and risk management, with a focus on business process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
