Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our sales and service team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Leadership
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Lead a team of sales and service professionals to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Implement and maintain a culture of operational excellence, ensuring that all processes and procedures are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and service performance, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and customer relationship management.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business improvement and identify areas for growth.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Talent Development
    • Develop and implement a talent development strategy to attract, retain, and develop high-performing team members.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
    • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
    • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement training programs and initiatives to support business objectives.
    Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience in a sales and service leadership role, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams.
    • Strong business acumen, including financial analysis and budgeting.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software applications.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience with SAP or other enterprise software applications.
    • Fluency in French and English.
    • Ability to relocate for business needs.
