About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic SaaS startup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the FinTech market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize technical skills in full stack development to contribute to product architecture and design decisions.
  • Oversee deployments in Azure and Kubernetes environments, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Lead project management efforts, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and progress tracking.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-9 years of experience in Product and Engineering Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the FinTech industry.
  • Proven technical expertise in full stack development, particularly with Java, JavaScript, and React.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
