Dispatchers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team at RiteWay Moving & Storage. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our dispatchers, ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and Supervise Dispatchers: Oversee the daily activities of our dispatchers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage Transportation Operations: Coordinate the movement of goods and equipment, ensuring that all transportation schedules are met and that our customers receive excellent service.
- Develop and Implement Procedures: Create and implement procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our dispatch operations.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to our dispatchers, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of our dispatch operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dispatch or operations role.
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
