Your responsibilities as a Registered Nurse will include:
- Providing nursing care according to established policies and procedures
- Ensuring timely resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Managing medications and following protocols
- Assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- Responding to emergencies and collaborating with the healthcare team
- Participating in education and in-service programs
- Acting as a role model for nursing team members
- Completing other assigned duties
Requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Minimum of two years clinical experience
- Knowledge of geriatric care and rehabilitation
- Successful background check
Additional qualifications such as certification in gerontological nursing are a plus.
