Hotel Operations Manager

At Comfort Inn & Suites, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring that they are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
- Prepare Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Prepare and manage budgets for hotel operations, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that we are operating within our means.
- Prepare Marketing Plans: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new guests and increase revenue.
- Implement Marketing Activities: Coordinate and implement marketing activities, such as advertising and promotions, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Enforce Policies and Procedures: Ensure that all hotel staff are aware of and adhere to our policies and procedures, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional service to guests with special needs, ensuring that their requirements are met and exceeded.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for hotel staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage at all times.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Work Environment:
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- Work Language: English
