Parts Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Parts Sales Specialist at our Grand Falls, NB location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories, while providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Service: Promote and sell products and/or services to meet customer needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Record all sales and/or counter transactions, process parts orders, and verify receipting-in of shipments.
  • Supply Chain Support: Supply Service Technicians with parts as required, and assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in maintaining departmental reports, including inventory levels and shortages, and provide insights to the Parts Manager.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments as directed by the Parts Manager to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Basic data entry/keyboarding skills, basic parts and machinery knowledge, ability to work in a team environment, and ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Certifications: Valid Drivers License, Fork lift license an asset.
