Your role within the team


• Collaborate with the director to establish strategies aimed at achieving the objectives of the supplier quality team.

• Ensure the effective implementation of the management system, incorporating relevant daily and monthly performance indicators.

• Develop and oversee master plans and conduct monthly performance evaluations.

• Actively participate in daily management discussions and play a strategic role in identifying and implementing improvements within the business area.

• Serve as the primary resource for significant projects.

• Represent the supplier quality team and engage in various initiatives across Supply Chain and production sites.

• Assist leaders in formulating workforce strategies and monitoring staffing requirements for management.

• Aid the director in crafting change management strategies and support leaders in executing these changes.

• Conduct trend analyses to identify areas or processes requiring enhancement, make recommendations, and present findings to management.

• Lead and facilitate problem-solving activities with commodities or stakeholders, ensuring knowledge transfer.

• Provide project management support, particularly in developing detailed mandates and various presentations.

• Design and revise business processes.

Keys to success in this position


• Strong management capabilities and extensive experience in the aerospace sector are essential.

• Proven experience in coaching and training to lead analysts within the team.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a comparable role is required.

• A university degree or equivalent experience is necessary.

• Proficiency in information management software, including SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Microsoft PowerBI, is expected.

• Familiarity with data management practices is important.

• Alignment with the company's values and vision is crucial.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.

• Strong communication skills are essential.
