Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain data collection and maintenance structures to evaluate supplier performance across operations, supply chain, and quality aspects.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to drive recommendations and inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with assessment teams to embed data-driven intelligence into supplier capability assessments.
- Streamline and automate activities related to historical reviews of supplier performance and financial terms.
- Work closely with functional leads to maintain data on team metrics and supplier capability assessments.
- Collaborate with logistics buyers and supplier compliance to collect and review supplier KPIs.
- Utilize dashboards and visualization tools to illustrate historical trends, observations, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct performance tracking and reporting for team metrics and supplier capability assessments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and visualization, with a strong background in data analysis and synthesis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including AI, ML, and RPA.
- Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to link capability assessment outcomes to business objectives.
- Strong technical aptitude, with knowledge of MS Office applications and statistical analysis software.
