About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our supplier quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve quality objectives and improve supplier performance.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and support to suppliers on quality management systems and processes.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a quality assurance or supplier quality management role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
