Director, Risk Management

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the risk management team, ensuring the effective implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior executives and the Board of Directors to ensure that risk management is integrated into the Corporation's strategic planning process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and other business stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in risk management, and apply this knowledge to inform CCC's risk management strategies.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, commerce, or a related field.
- Canadian Professional Accounting Designation (CPA).
- Professional risk management or financial analyst designation is a strong asset.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management and risk programs.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership and management experience, preferably in an international business environment.
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations, central agency policies, and procedures governing financial administration affecting bidding, contracting, and tendering processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to and working with boards and senior committees.
- Proficiency in both official languages is highly desirable.
