Become a Key Contributor as an Employee Performance Consultant at Toast Tab, Inc.
Are you dedicated to enhancing leadership capabilities and fostering performance improvement in a dynamic setting? Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking an Employee Performance Consultant to collaborate with front-line managers and assist employees during pivotal career transitions. Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Success, you will be instrumental in mentoring leaders, offering performance management strategies, and ensuring fair interventions for team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and mentorship to front-line managers on effective performance management techniques
- Guide leaders in addressing underperformance and navigating performance-related challenges
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to enhance the overall employee experience
- Promote accountability for uniform performance management practices across the organization
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a Human Resources or Talent Management capacity
- Proven experience in coaching leadership and managing employee relations issues
- Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor regulations
- Capability to derive valuable insights and recommendations from analytical data
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing performance management systems at scale
- Track record of success in a rapidly growing organization
- Background in a Sales or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
