Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the store.
