About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Rubinza Inc. as an IT Solutions Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Confer with clients to identify their requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Security and Compliance: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of MAC, networking software, networking security, internet, programming software, and database software.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, judgement, organized, team player, flexibility, analytical, and proactive.
