About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team at SSMC Business Solutions Inc. as an Information Systems Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to identify their business requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement business solutions using information systems, ensuring they meet the client's needs and expectations.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Testing and Support: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality, and provide ongoing support to clients after the sale.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Execute and document the results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
