Customer Service

  • You help communicate the store's vision and objectives to the staff.
  • You track performance goals and propose strategies to exceed them.
  • You are responsive to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • You adhere to company policies and standards of conduct.

Operational Duties

  • You prioritize store safety and product security.
  • You assist in overseeing cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
  • You support administrative tasks as needed.
  • You identify operational challenges and discuss them with management.
  • You assist with store openings and closings.

Experience Required

  • 2-5 years of experience in retail sales.
  • Experience in store administration is advantageous.
