Retail Store Manager

PETRO CANADA is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Operations and Administration: Establish work schedules, prepare sales reports, and resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads
