- Advocate for products to the sales team and clientele;

- Oversee inventory acquisition and transfers among boutiques;
- Ensure effective management of personnel, inventory, and operational processes;
- Uphold visual merchandising standards across boutiques;
- Formulate sales strategies and promotional campaigns for the boutique network;
- Authorize and handle merchandise returns;
- Address inquiries and provide solutions for boutique and franchise matters;
- Execute additional responsibilities related to sales and customer service as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Enthusiastic about retail sales;
- Degree from a college or university in a relevant field;
- More than 5 years of pertinent experience in retail, fashion, or beauty sectors;
- Bilingualism is essential - strong proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written);
- Skilled in MS Office applications;
- Energetic, with a passion for sales and fashion.
