MATT & NAT is a leading fashion retailer that values innovation and customer satisfaction. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume a supervisory role in the absence of management and support the execution of the store strategy.
  • Assist with generating profitable sales growth through various facets of the store, including operations, visual presentation, and team management.
  • Provide direction to the team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the MATT & NAT brand, company values, and vegan beliefs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years' experience in the retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profit growth, as well as supervising a team.
  • Experience in the fashion retail industry, visual merchandising, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
  • Familiarity with the MATT & NAT brand, company values, and vegan beliefs.
  • Ability to move and/or lift boxes and fixtures throughout the store.
  • Capability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and select holidays.
