Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Harvest Laborer to join our team at Dahua Agriculture. As a key member of our harvest crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful cultivation and harvesting of our crops.
Key Responsibilities- Plant, Cultivate, and Irrigate Crops: Assist in the planting, cultivation, and irrigation of crops, ensuring optimal growth and yield.
- Harvest Crops: Participate in the harvesting of crops, using manual or mechanical methods as required.
- Load, Unload, and Transfer: Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry as needed.
- Mix and Prepare Soils: Assist in the mixing and preparation of soils for optimal crop growth.
- Sustainable Farming Practices: Follow sustainable soy farming practices, including crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology, and cover crops.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
- Work Site Environment: Floriculture production and organic farming.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Paramedical Services Coverage: Comprehensive paramedical services coverage.
- Work Term: Permanent.
