Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Harvest Laborer to join our team at Dahua Agriculture. As a key member of our harvest crew, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as harvesting and loading crops for transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planting and Cultivation: Plant seeds, cultivate crops, and irrigate as needed to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Harvesting: Harvest crops at the appropriate time, taking care to minimize damage and ensure high-quality produce.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry as needed.
  • Soil Preparation: Mix and prepare soils to ensure optimal growing conditions.
  • Sustainable Farming Practices: Follow sustainable soy farming practices, including crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology, and cover crops.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Site Environment: Floriculture production and organic farming.
  • Health Benefits: Paramedical services coverage.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
