We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in a key role that will drive positive change and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical direction on multidisciplinary projects
  • Work on innovative project delivery models
  • Lead soil-structure interaction design projects
  • Collaborate on key market projects
  • Review and interpret geotechnical data
  • Supervise geotechnical modelling
  • Conduct seismic design of underground structures
  • Manage project schedules and budgets
  • Provide expertise on geotechnical engineering aspects

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop strong client relationships
  • Produce high-quality deliverables
  • Establish a network of contacts
  • Manage competing priorities effectively
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Lead and develop teams
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Stay updated on regulations and technical references

Requirements:

  • University degree in geotechnical, geological, or civil engineering
  • Professional Engineering license
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering
  • Experience in complex geostructural design
  • Strong understanding of geostructural design
  • Proficiency in geotechnical design software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for providing excellent client service
  • Strong organizational skills
