As a Luxury Condo Leasing Consultant, you will be at the forefront of this real estate revolution, promoting a sophisticated lifestyle, conducting impeccable client tours, and playing a crucial role in the acquisition and management of leases.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client tours highlighting the exceptional features of the condos;
  • Organize and manage appointments to meet and exceed leasing goals;
  • Oversee the documentation and processes related to lease agreements;
  • Contribute to the organization and promotion of major events for the project;
  • Collaborate with management to develop effective business growth strategies;
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the clinic.

Requirements for Success
  • College diploma or AEC in real estate (asset);
  • Minimum of one year of experience in condo leasing;
  • General computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, social media);
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken;
  • Energetic personality, client-focused with excellent customer service skills;
  • Flexible availability, including one weekend day.
