Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Jordat General Merchandise Inc. as a key member of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Team Members to Duties: Effectively allocate sales tasks to team members to ensure optimal sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payment requests to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Review and approve return requests to ensure fair and efficient customer service.
- Sell Merchandise: Engage with customers to promote and sell merchandise, meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other sales-related challenges to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient storage, and timely restocking.
- Manage Cash: Supervise cash handling procedures, ensuring accurate and secure cash management practices.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Mentor and guide office and volunteer staff to ensure effective teamwork, productivity, and customer service.
