Retail Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily activities of our retail team. Your leadership will ensure that our sales staff is effectively managed and that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of 3-4 sales associates, ensuring they are motivated and performing at their best.
- Task Management: Assign specific duties to sales personnel and establish clear work schedules to optimize productivity.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring that merchandise is readily available for customers.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staff-related matters.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and any supply issues that may arise.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize returns and oversee the ordering of new stock to meet customer demand.
- Cash Management: Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Outlook and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Client-focused approach to service.
This position involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as necessary. You will be expected to manage a variety of tasks in a dynamic retail setting.
