Position Overview

  • Manage a designated sales territory and provide reports to management as necessary.
  • Drive sales through direct engagement with walk-in and telephone customers, as well as repeat clients and sales leads, showcasing product samples.
  • Maintain Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and cultivate a network of contacts within the territory to foster future sales opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify new business prospects, developing a robust and high-potential prospect list.
  • Deliver exceptional service to existing clients, overseeing the customer relationship from contract signing through delivery and after-sales support, while seeking referrals when possible.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Keep sales and expense documentation accurate and current.
  • Meet sales targets and fulfill job objectives.
  • Engage in corporate marketing initiatives, including conferences and trade shows as required.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained.
  • Guarantee accuracy in all transactions, inventory management, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in various aspects of branch operations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services offered.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive knowledge of the Electrical Products Industry.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven, innovative team player with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in sales events, exhibitions, or training sessions.
