Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Levy's Cleaning Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, and equipment replacement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in cleaning and maintenance supervision.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
