About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Levy's Cleaning Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly and to a high standard.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance or repair needs, and ensure that they are addressed promptly.
  • Manage Budgets: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning and maintenance supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning and maintenance schedules do not conflict with other activities or events.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning and maintenance role
  • Language: English
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week
