Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance projects, ensuring that we stay within budget and meet our financial targets.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities for additional services, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend these to our management team.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment records.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaning staff with their duties, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments, such as facilities management and maintenance, to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and meet our standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
