As a rapidly expanding and entrepreneurial translation services firm, we offer our successful candidates access to our offices in Toronto, Montreal, or Mexico City, along with the necessary tools to facilitate remote work (laptop, phone, G-suite).
Role Overview:
We are in search of a proactive Head of Strategic Client Relations to lead our Professional Translations services and A.I. platform. In this individual contributor role, you will be instrumental in cultivating and enhancing relationships with our existing professional translation clients within the legal, financial, and securities sectors. This position is ideal for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and self-motivated professional who prioritizes exceptional client service and the development of enduring partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships with existing professional translation services clients.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from actively prospecting new projects to securing effective deal closures and managing ongoing client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion, upselling, and cross-selling within your assigned accounts.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Review meetings with your accounts to gather feedback and ensure client retention.
- Ensure high client satisfaction by providing guidance on best practices, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and managing subscription client accounts to drive retention.
- Document client interactions and track sales metrics in HubSpot, aligning activities with corporate strategy and departmental objectives.
- Exhibit creative problem-solving abilities, manage pressure effectively, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in strategic selling to complex accounts.
- Fluency in professional-level English and French.
- Expertise in legal, financial, or insurance sectors is essential.
- Proven track record in managing all aspects of the sales cycle.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and senior managers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM software (HubSpot).
Educational Background:
- College diploma, university degree, or equivalent.

- Results-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of account management principles and growth strategies.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills necessary for building trusted relationships.
