Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that high-quality standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive experience in our food and beverage services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant, hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
