We are seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Client Care Representative to join our team at the Animal Care Centre of Strathmore. As a CCR, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy hospital and providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets.
Responsibilities:- Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and procedures, ensuring efficient use of hospital resources
- Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Support the veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments
- Assist with patient care and treatment when necessary
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized reception area and common spaces
- Prior experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
